During a session the person is giving themselves permission to relax. To close their eyes and for 30 minutes not think about anything except breathing. In today's world that is amazing feat. It also works on an emotional / mental level as well as a spiritual level. By going beyond the simple cleanse and balance to activate awaken and align these all important spiritual power centers, “
