Skill/Service Details: We form attachments or cords to every person we relate to in life. Sometimes we outgrow the relationships or the method we relate to one another in, in other words we sometimes end up in friendships or relationships that drain us and we dont quite know why. All we know is in short time of being around these people we are drained and our energy is depleted . we may need to be around them for work or family reasons which we cannot get past. Sometimes it may be a life partner or former spouce or even current spouce and all we know is we need to be able to take charge of our own energy again .
These cords grow over time and allow us to be drained with no defense , we may have allowed this energy to flow to another at times they needed it in order to help them , yet they still take this energy now with out us offering it . These are all reasons to have cords cut and re-establish new healthy cords which have boundaries that will protect our vital energy . In the instance a cord is not in our best interest then we can choose to not re-connect . when we are in a not so good relationship we know isnt good for us the cords we may not want to have cut are the ones we need to have removed most .
can we cut our own cords? yes most definately ! will we choose to cut the cords we need sevored most ? most likely not. this is why it is a good thing to have it done by someone who is not going to leave cords intact that may come back to haunt us . with a cord cutting you will :
