Creativity is a form of spiritual connection and expression. It is a way of honoring the Divine. Taking the time to tap into the energy flow of our creativity can bring so many positive things to our lives. We have to work at keeping that connection and that flow going. When we are not connected to our creative flow we have a difficult time leading fulfilling lives. We become lost and stuck. Creative coaching is about getting you connected with your creative flow and learning how to keep that flow going. Our goal is to teach you the tools you need to live a joy filled life.
We use a variety of coaching methods, art activities, journal writing, guided visualizations, and creative exercises. We believe that it is important to be flexible in our coaching so that we can better serve you.
