Silk Flower Fairy Festival Headress

Skill/Service Details: I have been working with silk flowers for over 20 years and was the head floral designer at Micheal's Arts and Crafts. I do anything from a fairy bridal headpiece with exotic flowers and ribbon, to men's Beltane Festival headress with coyote claws, deer antlers and pheasant feathers. I am quite adventurous and try to incorporate all kinds of things from nature into my pieces, more than just flowers. I even make floral barrettes for little girls with ribbon, flowers, beads, or silk butterflies. I have lots of photos I can email you for ideas for samples. Since they are silk they can be used for years - you can have a bright pink Beltane floral wreath with ribbons and butterflies - and a lovely fall leaves piece. I can usually find almost any flower you would want in silk. If you want a very specific color, maybe for a wedding party, it can be helpful to have a swatch of the color. I can do small orders, one small girl's wreath, to a large fairy or pagan wedding with an entire wedding party.
Rates: Prices vary quite a bit. A child's barrette can be $4-8 and a fancy headpiece can run $30-$100 for really expensive exotic flowers. An average silk teardrop bridal boquet will range $50-$150. I will always do a quote based on request prior to starting work - due to the individuality of special orders, they must be paid prior to being done.
