Wiccan Herbalist/ "Kitchen Witch", Tarot

Skill/Service Details: I have been studying various methods and uses of herbalism, especially as they apply to Wiccan uses. For example: healing in the form of teas, infusions, decoctions, poultices, charms, sachets, spells, etc., as well as other applications that are more useful in the practices of the Wiccan faith and religious festivals, ceremonies, spellcasting, protections, etc.
I have taught a number of workshops relating to these topics, as well as hosted local "woods walks" to teach other pagans how to identify local herbs growing wild and to harvest and use them responsibly. I am also capable of recommending reliable online distributers for herbs if you are unable to grow and harvest your own supply, as well as recommend certain shops in several of the larger American cities that I am personally familiar with and can vouch for in terms of safety and quality.
I am always happy to give online advice and individual or group (i.e. coven) instruction for both beginners and intermediates in this area. I can't promise that I know everything (no one should!) , but I can and do promise that if I can't help you or don't know the answer to your question, I'll both admit it and do my best to find someone who can answer (unlike many know-all gurus) . When dealing with substances that can harm as well as heal, it's important to find a teacher who will be honest and direct with you :) If that's what you're looking for - I can help!
I come from an herbalist background; my father is a pharmacist, and my grandmother was an herbalist, and my great-grandmother was a midwife, and I have studied with all of them from childhood on, plus continued my studies as an adult continuously. I have received more teaching than many, and am always happy to share what I have learned with others!
Rates: As a witch, I do not believe in putting a price on knowledge. Any online teaching is free, and if you would like me to come and teach workshops in person, all I ask is that my expenses be covered by your group. Any good I can do will be my pleasure, and any knowledge you can give me in turn, I would be most grateful for! the exception to this is my Tarot readings, for which I charge based on a sliding scale.
