You and I can work together to identify any guides or helpers who are familiar with you or any who want you to become more aware of their presence.
We will do this with a combination of relaxing guided imagery, a simple “join up” exercise so that our energy connects and then I produce an image of the sentient being (s) that wishes to be painted for you.
