Business Store Question

Skill/Service Details: I am thinking of opening a store with a variety of classes and services offered on wicca and etc. here in the bowling green area, I was wondering if anyone thinks it would do well as I have seen one or two here then they are gone almost as quickly as they were here. I really want this to take off so I need feedback if you would come or not and if you think it would do well in this area.
