These techniques are also renowned for optimal health and a more fulfilling state of wellness. $45/hour $60 1 1/2 hours
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage promotes relaxation, increases circulation, and relieves muscle tension. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. $45/hour
Deep Tissue
This highly therapeutic massage modality uses deeper pressure to loosen stiffness and assist in toning muscles, reducing stress and restoring vitality. Deep tissue massage releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through long slow strokes and deep finger pressure on tensed areas. It improves body alignment and freedom of movement. $60/hour
Usui Reiki Energy Balancing Treatment
This technique is done without any disrobing. A balancing of the body's energy field through laying hands on specific energy centers with the intent to relieve emotional and physical conditions. $45/hour
Hands and Feet Reflexology Session
