Skill/Service Details: Reiki treatments are gentle, nonmanipulative therapeutic treatments based around the chakra and meridian systems. A Reiki treatment balances the light-body, where the chakras ("wheels") are situated. Each treatment is designed to help you return to your center, to help you be at peace again, body and spirit. After the treatment, you will feel relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
This ancient healing modality can help in the treatment of conditions such as:
* Pain management * Depression
* Spiritual unease * Stress relief
* Anxiety * Insomnia
I offer Reiki treatments that are hands-on, but do not feel like massage. You will feel my hands resting in various stationary positions. You may remain fully clothed during a Reiki treatment--no need for concern about modesty or draping.
