My manual work is best described as connective tissue therapy. I work with the structure of your body that hold everything together, your fascia. Using long slow stretches I help the fascia elongate and release the restrictions which cause pain and reduce movement.
My work is useful for acute pain such as whiplash, post surgical recovery, falls and any injury to the soft tissue of your body. It is also very effective at relieving chronic pain such as carpel tunnel, repetitive strain, thoracic outlet, certain forms of arthritis, chronic fatigue, TMJ dysfunction and any stress related illness.
I have also recently completed training to be a professional dula. I am currently working towards certification.
Rates: All in office services are billed at $90 per hour. , All our call services are billed at $180 per hour., Dula services are negociated with each mom individually.
