Both sunshine and daylight have a positive effect on us. When we are exposed to the right type of light, it helps to align our daily rhythm and create the feeling of Well Being!
“Happy” Light Therapy is the latest evolution in light therapy with patented BLUEWAVE™ technology, delivering 100% of the effective bandwidth of light responsible for causing the antidepressant response for those suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder and circadian related disorders. Although the light is only 6" X 6" in size, it produces more of the effective bandwidth than most full-size lightboxes.
