Thinking of the body as a collective whole is essential in achieving maximum benefit from the many alternative therapies in practice today.
This view is slightly different than the conventional approach to health care because individual aspects of the human system -- physical, mental, emotional -- are not treated separately, but rather as one unit.
The human energy system is the interconnecting factor of all the human systems. When the energy system is affected, so are the separate parts of the body. In order to fully change, whatever is creating the symptom in the first place must be put back into balance before complete healing can be achieved.
Whenever the body is disrupted in some way -- through physical trauma, emotional factors or the ever-changing human condition -- an imbalance of the healthy human energy system is created. Often the energy system will correct itself, given time, just as the physical body does. But sometimes it does not. The energy system becomes congested and slows or blocks the natural flow of life force. It’s like stopping the circulation of blood flow. The other extreme creates a weakness -- a leak, tear or gap that allows the life force to be drained away, leaving the area undernourished. Correcting this condition is the basis of the Reiki approach to well-being.
Reiki is a powerful yet subtle hands-on and etheric healing system that unlocks the inner flow of vital energy, restoring and balancing your natural energy system. Reiki hands-on and etheric healing works by allowing the body to draw universal life force energy into itself. This encourages the body to balance its own energy system This simple method of healing is multidimensional and will assist in healing the cause of a problem on whatever level it may exist - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Individuals receiving Reiki should be prepared to experience their healing on more than one level. It is not uncommon for someone seeking Reiki for a purely physical symptom to experience the healing in an emotional or mental way. It should be noted, however, that Reiki is a gentle art that will encourage only the healing necessary and needed by the recipient at the time.
I define Reiki as pure unconditional love. People who have experienced Reiki healing, describe Reiki as warm, relaxing, and loving.
Reiki, when practiced as a hands-on method is a gentle touch, not a heavy pressure or movement. You are fully clothed during the process. Reiki can also be used in an off-the-body method, as well as over distance. For most sessions I use both a hands-on and off-the-body approach (boundaries are respected) . Before any healing session we will discuss boundary issues and a Client Bill of Rights, which is required by Minnesota for all complementary healing practitioners. I offer Reiki Healing sessions at $45 per hour.
Healing Atunements and Reiki Psychic Surgery are also available The healing atunement process opens a spiritual door through which powerful, Reiki energies are able to flow assisting you to heal yourself. Psychic surgery can be used to release negative energy blocks. Psychic surgery works with the energy field in and around the body. Reiki is a completely self contained natural healing system. It is complete and whole in and of itself, yet acts synergistically with other types of healing.

Reiki Classes
Reiki is excellent! for those that are interested in learning a healing method. This type of healing is very simple and dose not require you to change your lifestyle, or beliefs in order to do incredible work both on your self and others. The Reiki healing energy comes from the creator/Higher power/God. As a Reiki healer you become a funnel for this energy; your own energy is never depleted. Reiki is not a religion, cult, dogma or specific doctrine of beliefs. Reiki may promote a Spiritual growth, giving you greater feeling of peace and serenity. Experience in this simple and powerful healing method combined with your commitment to healing yourself and others, can bring enormous positive changes in your life. Reiki is learned in a series of classes with different levels of commitment.
