Meditation Teacher

Skill/Service Details: I am Rev. Rose White, I have been a Reverend 4 years and have been using my spiritual studies as counterpart to my meditation studies. I also work with healing with energy and teach meditation to all who went to learn. I live on a farm/meditation center near Arcadia MO with my husband, where I am the chef and work as a part time meditation teacher outside the center. I have been doing the Serene Awareness Meditation or Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation under the training of Most Venerable Bhante Vimalaramsi for three years and have learned to use the meditation to help people with depression and pain. The meditation has helped become more connected to my mind and body physically and spiritually. I have been working on starting meditation groups in hopes to get a setting groups going in the Missouri counties of Iron, St. François, Madison and The
St. Louis Area.
This is not simply a passive meditation on to be practiced only when you are sitting in a chair or cushion. It's a meditation to be practiced all of the time, especially when you do your daily activities, or when you are in pain or feeling down. So many times we walk around in a mental haze of random nonsense thoughts. It will help you learn to calm your mind. You can use Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation whenever you are walking from your house or to your car to your job. It will help you notice what your mind is doing in the present moment and let go of these distracting thoughts. It help will you stay more grounded in your daily life. This is smiling meditation and will help bring happiness to your life.
Rates: The charges for a meditation class will be by donation. The donation will be to help with the cost of gas, books, handouts and cost of the sitting room.
