The Heartland Spiritual Alliance, in Kansas City, is currently seeking bids from interested Meals Providers for the 2007 Heartland Pagan Festival at Camp Gaea (http://www.campgaea.org/index.htm) . The festival occurs from May 24th through May 28th. Meals Provider will be responsible for stocking, operating and staffing the provided kitchen space. Interested Meals Provider will provide Meals Committee Chair a full menu for Brunch and Dinner, pricing, available options, serving times and any special needs or requirements. Meals begin with dinner on Thursday the 24th and end with lunch on Monday the 28th. Omnivore and Vegetarian options should be considered.
The opening night dinner is free to all who attend opening Ritual and is paid for in part by the Meals Provider, Meals Committee and Ritual Committee. The bid should also include a Monday night meal for staff staying for cleanup. Typically leftovers and remaining food stock, all you can eat for $5.00.
If you are interested in bidding for the Meal Provider Contract please provide at a minimum, your qualifications and that of your staff, summary of your meals provider work history, references and your menu plan for brunch and dinner. Additional information regarding the Meals Provider Contract will be provided, so submit your bid as early as possible.
Selected Meals Provider and Staff may be asked to pay a minimal fee to be on Camp Gaea proberty during the Festival.
