We specialize in Family Life Coaching which is offered to ease transitions, aid in crisis, increase wellbeing and function in families by increasing communication effectiveness, implementing discipline plans for children, improve how family members interact with each other, as well as any aspect of parenting from adapting to life with a newborn or setting healthy boundaries for teens - we are there to help.
In addition to family life coaching, we also offer individual life coaching services. If you feel there is more to life than what you are currently experiencing, you are right! Whether you seek growth in relationships, education, career, or personal wellbeing, I can help.
In person coaching sessions are offered in Ashe County, NC or the neighboring counties of Wilkes or Watuaga. If you live out of this area and are unable to travel to these locations, phone consultations and coaching sessions are available if this best fits your needs.
