Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) ® is an energy therapy that facilitates self-healing with the loving energy of Angels.
IET works to detect and release energy blocks formed by suppressed emotions. Energy blocks and stored negative emotions create physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dis-ease. IET is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to release patterns of the past and help you empower and balance your life.
An IET is usually done in a one-hour session. The session is done on a massage table while soothing music is played in the background. You will remain fully clothed during the treatment. An IET treatment is extremely relaxing.
Using a gentle touch, the practitioner will direct healing energy vibrations to specific areas on the body that hold suppressed emotions. Energy blocks will then be released and cleared through IET power points along the spine. Negative, suppressed emotions, such as fear, anger, guilt, etc. will be released and replaced with their positive counterparts…safety, forgiveness, self-acceptance, etc.
At the end of an IET session it is typical to feel a sense of peace and deep relaxation. IET can help make lasting changes, and helps to clear the way to self empowerment.
