Skill/Service Details: A Touch of Enchantment, Wellness for Body, Mind, and Soul.
Now open-offering Yoga, Massage, Reiki, etc.
Yoga classes offered are Integrative Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga-style (great for weightloss and toning), and Luna Yoga. Luna Yoga combines postures, breathwork, and meditations that correspond with the particular moon sign of the day. Education about the chakras and elements is also weaved into the class.
In May, I am offering a Yoga for Weightloss workshop. It will be held on May 10th from 1-4pm. The cost is $20. During the workshop, you will learn how yoga can help you with your weightloss program and learn a yoga practice. Registration is limited.
Cost for the yoga classes is as follows: Single class-$12.00; 10 class punch card-$100.00 (good for 6 months); 8-week Beginner's Series-$96.00 (includes new yoga mat). Come by and try a class...your first class is always FREE!
I also offer massage therapy, Reiki, salt glows/body scrubs, chair massage, infant massage instruction, etc.
Prices range from $30.00 for a half hour massage to $85.00 for a one and a half hour hot stone massage.
I also have a small retail area that offers yoga accessories, candles, Jessica Galbreth mystical prints and Amy Brown fairies.
