Learn the Ancient Knowledge of Herbology & Wortcunning, (Green Witchcraft)
I've decided that it's a lot easier to teach classes from home & have full use of a stove & sink; my gardens; & to take people on Medicine Walks to places that I'm familiar with in my area; Bear Brook State Park (9, 600 acres) is at the end of my road, & my back yard is the Suncook River; & 20 houses away from the Merrimack River. I have over 450 Herbs & over 90 growing in my organic gardens.
You'll learn how to identify & use "Mothers" Herbs; plant, propagate, & harvest; aromatherapy; An Ephemeris; Moon Phases; Planets & Days with their magickal attributes; Latin names; Holistic terminology; & what the herbs holistic & Magickal properties are & how to combine them in your daily life to heal. We will go on Medicine Walks so you'll be able to see the herbs for yourself. This is how my Grandmother from Lithuania (Lietuvos) taught me. I became a Certified Herbalist in 1995.
This is a fun, "Hands on" course. We'll be making our own personal oils, tincture, ointments & salves, powders, lip balm, bath salts, sachet, teas, magickal incense & inks, cough medicine, pills & aromatherapy mists. They make wonderful gifts!
Investment: $75.00 ($40.00 pre-paid, non-refundable before class start, for supplies) .
Everything will be provided for you; including notebook, herbs, bee's wax, oils, essential oils, tinctures, honey, aloe vera, containers, jars, labels, etc.
Prior registration for all classes is required.
Classes are always available at your convenience.
Rates: Rates depend on class. Medicine walks are a donation to PAWS &/or ASPCA. 3 week Herbalism Course is $75.00. $40.00 nonrefundable, used for supplies. All supplies are given to you.
