Herbal Identification - Medicine Walks

Skill/Service Details: Well it's that time of the year again; the Ladies plants are reaching for the Sun!
Certified Herbalist , Rev. Ericka Shimkonis, (Lilly Pond Wolf HPs.) , will take you on Nature Walks to get first hands- on experience on what the plants, herbs, weeds & trees of New Hampshire are; what they look like, medicinal properties-root/leaf/bark are used for in the homeopathic world. We will not be picking the herbs, most of the plants are on the endangered species list. I have grown over 90 myself and have a medicine chest of over 450; which to make teas (elixirs) , ointments, salves, tinctures, and oils with. I like to hike around Bear Brook State Park, Lake Massabesic, Bedford, Suncook, New Hampshire. It is good exercise in the fresh air & to commune with nature & always a fun day.
