Skill/Service Details: You use color therapy every day without realizing it when you pick out your clothes.
Color therapy has been around for thousands of years and modern psychology and modern science is proving that color affects us emotionally, mentally and physically. For example, American researchers have found that exposure to blue light lowered blood pressure and calmed brain wave activity – even in those who were blind or color-blind.
Aura-Soma says, "You are the colors you choose, " meaning that the colors we’re instinctively drawn to (and repulsed by) are indicators of our mood and current state of well being.
As a certified color therapist and teacher, I can help you get to the core of your current challenges through this insightful system. The client will choose from a selection of jewel-like, dual-colored bottles. The number of bottles and how they’re arranged depends upon the type of reading. Using color theory I then interpret the selection and explain to the client how to make best use of the information and clarify any issues.
At the end of a session, the client has the option of taking home a color therapy product to help him or her continue the growth process begun during the session. The products are blends of essential oils, herbal and crystal tinctures, and natural coloring. Skeptics are usually quickly convinced that color therapy can have a profound impact in helping you to live a better life.
Color readings can be done in person or by phone.
Rates: $25 for a 20-minute reading; $50 for a color/numerology reading; $75 for a 1-hour session. Products for home use are extra.
