Skill/Service Details: A house is more than just four walls and a door, it's a place you go to rest after a long day, raise a family, make memories and most importantly it's a place to call home. As a full time, licensed real estate agent, I understand the importance of finding that one right place to call your very own and do everything possible to help you find it. Also, as someone who has spent years discovering a multitude of different traditions and paths I am able to understand the unique belief systems, ways of life and needs of our community.
Originally from North Dakota, I spent time traveling the US, learning, teaching and discovering before I finally moved to Columbus in 2002 to attend OSU. My studies where interrupted when a friend asked me to use my knowledge of design to help him find a home, and that request started me on a path that would soon lead to a career in real estate. As my love for design runs deep, I am always excited to help you see possibility in a property you may have overlooked or help you create an environment that will help to sell your home fast while maintaining an eco-friendly perspective.
As the real estate market is ever changing and the most important factor in determining the cost of a home, whether you are a buyer or a seller, working with a Realtor who understands the market is crucial in getting the best deal. I keep a close eye on the market and if you are buying or selling I use the tools available to me to take an even closer look and get you the greatest deal.
A real estate transaction should be about you, not the Realtor. The Realtor should be there to make the buying or selling of a home as stress free as possible, and I will try my best do just that for you with the kind of understanding you may not find elsewhere.
