Skill/Service Details: Your group or shop can host one of these fun and interesting incense making workshops. It's easy and very rewarding on many levels.
Llewellyn and Weiser author Carl Neal is available for incense making workshops for those of all skill levels. From total novices to experienced incense makers, each workshop can be tailored to your group, a specific magickal purpose, a specific holiday, or a specific category of incense (whether by region, technique, or ingredients) .
Carl has been a professional incense maker since 1995 and is the author of Llewellyn's "Incense: Crafting & Use of Magickal Scents" and "Incense Magick". He is the moderator of one of the largest and most active on-line incense groups ("The Incense Exchange" on Yahoo Groups as well as "The Magick Censer") . He has made and sold hundreds of thousands of sticks and cones of incense and has consulted with such diverse groups as Cirque Du Soleil, sunday school groups, and a wide variety of incense makers and retailers.
Carl is available for in-person workshops in the local community as well as nation-wide and on-line. His workshops can be conducted via the Web for any group that has access to the Internet.

Rates: Typically, a basic incense making workshop costs $15 per person plus any fees charged by the venue that hosts the workshop. This includes all incense ingredients, all needed tools and equipment (including mixing bowls, measuring spoons, etc.) , complete instructions, question and answer session, workshop handouts, and more.
