Skill/Service Details: Group dynamics. Love it or hate it, every group leader/facilitator has to eventually take their group under careful consideration for many reasons--conflict, power imbalances, discord in the every day operations. Sometimes groups start to come apart at the seams for seemingly no reason at all.
For more than ten years, I have been specializing in conflict resolution in the group dynamic. That is, I have been successful at helping groups identify their problem areas and learn to communicate with each other with the ultimate goal of creating a better functioning and more harmonious whole.
In this case, I am making conflict resolution services available to online groups seeking to find a little harmony. Today's online groups are every bit as important and real as those that meet in "real life".
