Skill/Service Details: One thing I have learned on my journey is how to listen. And how few people there that actually DO listen. I do not claim that I will be able to solve your problems, but I do know that sometimes giving them voice helps tremendously. I also know that I can usually listen to a problem and then help a person see that problem differently, so that they are no longer "in a corner." Kind of like shedding new light on the situation.
If you feel that a problem or issue has you cornered, let me know. Maybe I can help.

Please note that I am not a teacher.The path I follow is my own, so I am generally of little help with the specifics of other paths.
I also have a lot of experience with mental illness. I am not a counselor or therapist. Just someone who has been there and learned a bit. Dealing with spirituality when you are labeled "mentally ill" is a tremendous challenge, but it is possible.
