Linda has worked in Human Services since the early 90’s as a counselor for children and adolescents with significant trauma histories and a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders; as a case manager for people living with HIV and AIDS; and as a counselor for survivors of Domestic Violence. She also teaches others about methods for supporting individuals with emotional and developmental disabilities. Linda has been practicing holistic and energetic healing since 2002, expanding her knowledge continuously. She is passionate about helping survivors of trauma heal their inner wounds and overcome the devastating impact that trauma has on a person’s life. She blends a number of healing modalities into her work to provide a balanced approach to healing and a return to wholeness.
The heart is at the center of Linda’s work. The heart is the center of our energetic system, the place where we connect with our soul force, and the place where we process and digest our life experiences. Using the guidance and wisdom of the heart, Linda guides the individual into deeper connection within the body and the consciousness of the body’s energy system to facilitate healing at the origin of the wound.
Linda facilitates workshops and seminars on a variety of topics related to personal healing and wellness. Topics include: Stress Prevention, Reduction and Management/Creating Inner Sanctuary; Understanding the Chakra System; Overcoming Barriers to Self-Love; Healthy Relationships; Meditation; Healing the Inner Child; Embracing the Shadow; Creating Mind-Body Connection; Developing Healthy Inner-dialogue; & Spiritual Hygiene. Each class incorporates essential personal healing practices that, when applied bring the participant into more authentic expression of their whole self. Her coaching practice is also built on the foundation of heart centered wisdom and energetic healing practices to support the individual in overcoming barriers to living their soul’s purpose, helping them to identify and overcome blocks, and to learn skills and practices to help heal inner wounds, step into their power, & learn to live from the heart.
Linda is the founder and creator to the Autumn Goddess Retreat, and annual event designed to honor our inner goddess through pampering, play and pleasure. This event brings together a variety of gifted local healers, teachers, artists, and crafters to offer services, workshops, and wonderful products to serve your inner being. Each year, we choose a local charity to support as part of the event. Past charities have included raising money for a child with neuroblastoma, collecting donations and raising money for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County, raising money for the Wolf Sanctuary of PA, and collecting donations for Jars of Hope, a local food bank.
Linda has learned from many masterful teachers and healers who have both facilitated her own journey into personal healing and wholeness, and have taught her their wisdom and skill that she now brings forward and applies along with her own gifts to support others in coming into full expression of their heart and wholeness of their being. She has also studied the work of many of the great living masters of our times and applies their wisdom into her work.
