Guided Meditation, Ericksonian Hypnosis

Skill/Service Details: Ever since attaining my Ericksonian Hypnosis certification in 1999, I’ve been performing guided meditations for individuals and groups.Groups contain a post-meditation “wrap up” and individual session include post-meditation 1:1 conversation.
Both types of guided meditations include “homework” for next time, if there is a next time, or if not, a contemplation topic to further a client’s own personal practice.
The book I just wrote, entitled Meditation, is a collection of meditations for beginners, going through a variety of forms and progressing from the ones that I have noticed most people have an easier time performing, to ones that require a little bit of experience to do correctly.
As implied in the name, I also do more traditional Eriksonian Hypnosis sessions, which is a lot like a guided meditation with hypnotic suggestions present in the script while the client is in trance. I only do Eriksonian Hypnosis 1:1.
If a client wants to do a hypnosis series, it is more structured, happening 3x per week for four weeks and including separate discussion time and an assessment session. It also includes a goal of treatment, such as confidence enhancement.
Rates: The book is in sale on Amazon.com for $16.99+ tax and shipping, or it can be bought directly from me for $15., I charge $5-10 per person for group meditations and $25 per person for individual sessions. , The fee for Ericksonian Hypnosis is $35 per session (session are approximately 45 minutes each) with a $50 fee for the first session.
