Legal Handfastings & all clergy services

Skill/Service Details: I am a single, straight, 46 year old WIccan HPS attending grad school in Galveston, Texas after raising four children.
My usual abode is in the Texas Hill Country, however I have noticed a lack of clergy that is accessible in the Galveston area. While I am living in Galveston (for the next couple of years) I would like to be available for pagans wishing any clergy services, including legal hand-fastings.
My experience includes a lifetime of practicing as a Celtic Green Witch, and as the HPS of an eclectic coven for the past 13 years. My roots are in Massachusetts where I practiced as a solitary often joining the North Shore crowd for events such as psychic fairs, open rituals, classes, etc.
Rates: Most services are free. , It is important that the person receiving services finds value, and requests for compensation are made to that end. Let's talk.
