Skill/Service Details: Our total being is comprised of a Trinity; Mind, Body, Spirit connection. We are all vibrations and as such, when we are in harmony we feel well. Physical health, mental health and spiritual health are all peaking and balanced. There are many factors which play an important role in our daily lives many don’t acknowledge unless they are negatively impacted. Environmental pollution, sound pollution, hygiene, foods and food allergies, stress, sleep patterns, bad habits, the list goes on. We can choose to wait until we are not feeling well and then treat the symptoms (the way that western medical practices do) , or we can be mindful and go straight to the source illuminating the illness and allowing our bodies to heal.
My approach is to find the root cause of the illness, treat it and prevent it from returning with proper education and recommendations. Our Mother Earth provides all we need to be well, and this allows me to make a variety of medicines which are all organic/wild harvested. Aside from the herbal preparations, my practice also incorporates a thorough diagnosis on the Mind, Body and Spirit. My preferred method of diagnosis/treatment is Shamanic journeying, hand analysis, elimination, breathing techniques specific to the illness, stretches and exercises as well as herbs.
Rates: I work on a sliding scale, and am more than happy to also work with you by email, mail and phone. , Debit/Credit are both accepted. Trades/Barters are welcome
