Available for general work and catering with emphasis on healthy eating, providing vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous and carnivorous menus without the use of hydrogenated oils, artificial sweeteners and prepackaged foods. In general chef is a very frugal cook. Making almost everything from scratch with basic staples. Therefore food costs are generally low.
Shouting Mountain is a Reiki III and considers the spiritual aspects of cooking with gratitude. Before cooking, the kitchen is made into a sacred space and the directions are called to ensure that the food feeds the spirit as well as the body.
If you are hosting a ritual, Sabbat celebration, hand fasting, et cetera, having a real witch in the kitchen ensures that all of the energy keeps flowing in a positive direction.
Rates: Costs are for food, supplies and travel plus $5.00 to $10.00 per head, depending upon the type of food., Typical events for 30 people cost anywhere from $150 to $500 and that includes the cost of the food.
