House Arrest Likely For 'Male Witch' Offender

Title: HOUSE ARREST LIKELY FOR 'MALE WITCH' OFFENDER
A predatory male witch who turned girls into slaves is likely to be put under virtual house arrest when he is freed from jail in a few months.
A Victorian Supreme Court judge will be asked to make sex offender Robin Fletcher the state's fourth prisoner subjected to an extended supervision order.
But if the location of his new home is suppressed, as happened in the three earlier cases, the public will not be told where he is living.
Prison sources said letters written by him made it clear he had not been rehabilitated and raised grave concerns about his plans on release.
The court was told he drugged the girls and told them their chances of becoming "priestesses of the dark covenant" relied on them having sex with a different man each week while he watched.
