Famous "Ghostbuster" Sets Up Shop In Huntsville

Author: WAAY-TV   Source: WAAY-TV (AL)

Title: FAMOUS "GHOSTBUSTER" SETS UP SHOP IN HUNTSVILLE

During her previous career, Frances Bennett was hired by city and state officials and appeared on TV and newspapers to show people what's going bump in the night. Now she's moved to the Rocket City and has opened a shop for people who are taking their own spiritual journeys.

Bennett, who holds a PhD in parapsychology and metaphysics and is also an ordained non-denominational minister, is the founder of the New York Ghost Chapter. She and other trained metaphysicians perform the scientific end of "ghosthunting".

As far as I know, Huntsville hasn't had a good metaphysical shop since Ibis Books closed sometime around 1994.

Don't let the location on the bible Belt fool you, though. Huntsville is a pretty advanced little town because of NASA's Redstone facility. Local employers have names like SAIC, Lockheed, and Boeing more than "Bubba's".

I used to live about 20 mins from Huntsville so this could be interesting. This is the Bible Belt at it's finest. Good Luck!
