Suspect Pleads Not Guilty In Soldier's Death

Author: Noah Trister, Associated Press Source: Houston Chronicle

Title: SUSPECT PLEADS NOT GUILTY IN SOLDIER'S DEATH
A Muslim convert accused of killing a soldier in a "political and religious" attack on a military recruiting center pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a capital murder charge and was ordered held without bail.
Abdulhakim Muhammad, 23, of Little Rock, was charged in Monday's death of Pvt. William Long, 23, of Conway outside an Army-Navy Career Center in a west Little Rock shopping center.
A prosecutor said Muhammad admitted shooting Long and another soldier "because of what they had done to Muslims in the past."
Investigators described the killing as being motivated by politics and religion.

What caught my notice is that the truly "juicy" information - a jail stay in Yemen, leading to an FBI investigation; there "may have been" other targets - was all provided by people who are "not authorized to discuss" things and "spoke on condition of anonymity".
I wonder, just how many "anonymous" witnesses happened to see the actual shooting? I say "anonymous", because there is no mention of anyone seeing the shooting at all, other than Pvt. Quinton I. Ezeagwula, who was wounded -- and he apparently is not able to give testimony.
What I see in this article is that a shooting occurred outside a U.S. Army recruiting center in Little Rock Arkansas; a Muslim convert was stopped "moments" after the shooting; food, ammo, guns and "Molotov cocktails" were found in the Muslim convert's truck and apartment.
Gosh, Batman, based on all the circumstantial evidence, none of which seems to be directly tied to the actual shooting at this point (except maybe the confession, but that could have been either coerced or gotten through trickery...right now it's "they said that he said...") , it must have been the Muslim convert who shot the Army guys!
I just LOVE how people can be so conveniently charged, tried and convicted in the Mainstream News Media - all before any actual court trial.
