Men Convicted In 1993 West Memphis Slayings Return To Court

Title: MEN CONVICTED IN 1993 WEST MEMPHIS SLAYINGS RETURN TO COURT
Two men convicted in the 1993 slayings of three West Memphis boys will return to court Thursday for what likely will be the final days of testimony in their appeal to the judge who sent them to prison.
Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr. will appear before retired Craighead County Circuit Judge David Burnett as state prosecutors offer rebuttal witnesses. The men have asked for new trials, claiming they received ineffective legal help from their attorneys in separate 1994 trials over the deaths of 8-year-olds Stevie (Steven?) Branch, Christopher Byers and Michael Moore.

Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. What makes them think Burnett is going to listen to the WM3?
It's incidents like this that give Arkansas its deserved image. I mean, fellow Arkansas native "Slick Willy" Clinton certainly didn't pardon them as he was too busy ordering the Navy to bomb sovereign nations (which I have first-hand knowledge of as I WAS THERE) .
