Arguments Conclude In 'West Memphis Three' Appeals

Title: ARGUMENTS CONCLUDE IN 'WEST MEMPHIS THREE' APPEALS
It took more than a year for two men convicted of killing three West Memphis boys in 1993 to complete their arguments for a new trial over the supposed satanic sex ritual slayings.
Now, the appeals by Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr. likely will continue to slog through the courts, even after lawyers on Friday finished telling the original judge in the case that the men received inadequate legal help at their 1994 trials.
Retired Craighead County Circuit Judge David Burnett must weigh the arguments by Baldwin and Misskelley and likely will decide in the next two months whether their claims have merit.

I've said this a number of times in Witchvox since Wren posts about the WM3 case and I'll say it again.
I live in Arkansas. Those outside the state who never have been IN Arkansas and who diss Arkansas because of the WM3 case should take a REAL GOOD look at how their own state has injustices.
FYI the term " hillbilly justice" is just as BIGOTED as what some call US. Yes I agree that the WM3 are getting obstacles left and right impeding their well-deserved attempts to right the injustices done to them. And yes it is frustrating.
But tell me no other state in America has that type of problem . Tell me there is no croneyism in the government, courts, lawyers and police in other states. . Tell me how everyone else in the other states who are convicted were not unjustly accused and convicted. Tell me there are no innocents arrested and convicted for crimes they never did.
I've been a Pagan here for three decades. I know what its like here. Arkansas, for its faults, is not alone in the injustices .

They're trying to appeal to the same crooked judge that found them guilty of a crime they didn't commit in the first place. Yeah. Good luck trying to overturn this obvious case of hillbilly justice.
