Neo-Pagans-Art-Den

Author: Electa Draper, The Denver Post Source: Chicago Tribune

Title: NEO-PAGANS-ART-DEN
Give them that old-time religion — ancient religion — and then watch an exploding population of modern Pagans give it a contemporary twist.
The number of Neopagans roughly doubles about every 18 months in the United States, Canada and Europe, according to the Ontario Consultants on Religious Tolerance.
Neopaganism, whether a careful reconstruction of ancient practice or a completely modern interpretation of ancient lore, is among the country's fastest-growing religions.
People, especially teens, are rejecting what they see as the "autocracy, paternalism, sexism, homophobia and insensitivity to the environment" of more traditional religions, the Ontario Consultants conclude.

Witches Brew, Inc. (Denver, Co 80212, Colorado) - Email Me

Hello i would like to begin if you are reading this new article there are few items that will be changed or rather retracted. Although the author did a great job she was confused on a few things. One I am not a generic pagan. I am just pagan. Have been for 9 years. We do not leave bottle of booze opened or un-opened in a park EVER! There are a few more things that are out of context. It is what happens in the news. I jsut want to be clear when you read this you take it in as just what it is an article.
Thank you, Kantis Walter ( Witches Brew)

Lady Huath (Orlando, Florida) - Email Me

",,, a city inspector recently came by Witches Brew to inquire whether the shop boiled any animal parts on the premises..."
Ah, like say hotdogs? How about a steak and kidney pie? Wonder if the store has a kitchen, a stove, or a barbeque--really, what a dumb question to ask!!
