Judge Orders Group To Return Hawaiian Artifacts

Title: JUDGE ORDERS GROUP TO RETURN HAWAIIAN ARTIFACTS
A federal judge has ordered a Native Hawaiian group to return 83 ancient Hawaiian artifacts buried in a Big Island cave to Bishop Museum.
The group -- Hui Malama I Na Kupuna O Hawaii Nei -- opposed the order and said that moving them again would disturb the artifacts. The group says the artifacts are secure in a sealed cave.
But U-S District Judge David Ezra said he has no evidence about the objects' condition and ordered them returned to the museum.
