'Pagan Pride Day' Slated For Sunday

Title: 'PAGAN PRIDE DAY' SLATED FOR SUNDAY
Area Pagans will celebrate and share their faith at the sixth annual Joplin-Pittsburg Pagan Pride Day.
Slated from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Shelter 3 in Lincoln Park, the event features the theme Year of the Ally.
The theme is especially relevant this year — thanks to many groups and individuals allying with each other, the Veteran Pentacle Quest was achieved this year. Now, Pagan veterans have the same right as other veterans — to have a symbol of their faith on government-issued markers and headstones.
