Shop Offers All Things 'Mystickal'

Author: Linda Garman Weimer   Source: Maryland Northeast Reporter (MD)

Title: SHOP OFFERS ALL THINGS 'MYSTICKAL'

You can explore your suspected destiny as a witch or have your energies healed in a session with a reiki practitioner.

Or, you can just drop by for a hot cup of tea without having any interest in New Age spirituality.

"The people at Mystickal Voyage are caring, open and know how to listen," said Bill Schneider, 22, a customer.

The business celebrated its expansion last weekend into adjoining units at the Walther Center on Walther Boulevard, opposite Oak Crest Village.

Thanks to the investment of Lottery multimillionaire Ellwood "Bunky" Bartlett, Mystickal Voyage now has a larger cafe, a classroom, yoga studio and seven small rooms for readings, reiki or other private treatments.

for good pagan shops. Is Seven Rays still open in Syracuse? If so, hurrah! I grew up in Syracuse (well, just outside it) and used to go there all the time. I know it's changed hands a few times and there was a fear of it closing, but I am so happy it's still there. I miss that place so much. I wish there were more places where I live. The one closest to me closed and I was so sad to see it go.

called Unicorn Bookstore. I loved that place. Unfortunately they've closed, and I haven't found another like it since.

I think I'm bad luck for the Pagan stores I like... everyone has closed within 2 years of me starting to shop there. O_o

who goes to that store, she says it's great.

Bri, I don't know if they have everything Mystickal Voyage has, but there is a nice shop in Syracuse (I had a friend who used to work there) , Seven Rays. By all her accounts, it's a pretty nice place

It Would Be Really Cool... Mar 20th. at 9:30:06 pm EDT

If there was a place like that near my home. It sounds like a really cool store. It sounds really cool to have so many things going on at once and the people sound really friendly too.
