Night Of Beatings Labeled Hate Crime

Title: NIGHT OF BEATINGS LABELED HATE CRIME
Santa Fe prosecutors have charged three young men with a hate crime in the vicious beating of a gay teenager.
The incident began at a weekend party in Edgewood where New Mexico State Police reported two teens and a 21-year-old kidnapped and repeatedly beat an 18-year-old because he was gay.
Court documents allege the suspects assaulted both the gay man and his friend even tying up the man saying they were going to beat him straight.
The beatings continued periodically throughout the night and the next morning, according to police.

Excerpt: “Therefore, the full impact and severity of hate crime, however committed, cannot be fully appreciated without also taking into account the element of community fear and intimidation that results. The extent of the harm caused to a whole segment of people becomes the added aggravating feature of all hate motivated crimes.”
In essence, this form of crime – that is motivated by nothing other than a person’s ‘difference’ and would not otherwise occur – is a form of terrorism. (I appreciate how Mr. Fantino avoided using the word ‘terrorism’ in his article, but I’m going to be a little more blunt.)
That is why Hate Crimes are different. They do not suggest that “one person is worth more than others” – Hate Crime enhancements address the *terrorist acts* behind the individual attack, which impact entire societies. A Hate Crime is more than an attack on a single person… it is an attack on a community of people.

Gods forbid that we punish a group of people for deliberatly attacking someone based on sexual preference. That's just as stupid as trying the KK for hate crimes based on race. No, really, there should be no hate crime laws at all. There's clearly no alterior motive when supremecists attack minorities, when homosexuals are killed like Matthew Shephard, or when alternative religions are grafittied. Nope. The Gods don't want something as stupid as decent moral justice to get in the way or doing what "the Lord Jesus" wants.

Crime laws work only when they are used and supported by those who truly believe in equality for all. As for hate crimes, these are fueled by arrogance and bigotry by those who believe they are better than those they target.
Newsflash! They aren't! Their cruelty negates any human qualities and belittles the rest of us..
This attitude is what is actually feeding the wars of the world since humans began.

Several years ago In Seattle, during the infamous 'Mardi Gras' riot, black teens and young adults descended into Pioneer Square, specifically targeted white males and females, and beat the living sh*t out of them with fists, feet, and brass knuckles. Explicit photos were printed in the Seattle Times, and video footage of the carnage played on local TV. Christopher Kime was stomped to death by such a group, after intervening to protect a female that was being attacked. The city declined the opportunity to file hate crime charges. During the next mayoral election, Greg Nickels vowed he would never forget, and would put a plaque with Christopher's Kime name on his office wall. It was enough to get him elected, but the plaque never went up. Politicians, the scum of the earth. Hate crime statutes are vagaries that blow on political winds at the whim of ambitious prosecutors. I'm glad to see them applied in this case. I wish they were applied more often, and more equitably, but that is asking for too much, apparently.

Sounds like a noble title. Where is the estate of Beatings?

Nonsense, the Bondage was consensual.
The problem with such psychiatric approaches, is that the therapists become what they're trying to cure. Now that their resistance is down, they'll get plenty of opportunity for Infection, where they're going.
The Bible says that you're to use Stoning, to winnow out all men who might have been infected with Syphillis, so that the survivors can raise righteous children, upon their Harems.
