Title: FEDERAL JUDGE KILLS LAS VEGAS BAN ON FEEDING HOMELESS AT PARKS
A federal judge is prohibiting Las Vegas from enforcing a city law that bans people from providing food to the homeless at city parks.
Mayor Oscar Goodman says the city will just try again to pass a law that courts will find constitutional.
U-S District Court Judge Robert Jones issued an injunction this morning in federal court in Las Vegas -- siding with lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union and others.

Luckily people with actual hearts went over this awful law. The "burden" of the homeless is that, if this government cared at all about basic health services, many wouldn't even be homeless. I know that no one wants to deal with the less fortunate. After all, this is America. But all people deserve the basic rights to food, clothing, and shelter.

Yeah thats the city that loves you as long as you not down on your luck. But hey thats ok its those "activists" judges again.
Yes the milk of humanity flows through Las Vegas. Yes the city is a shining example of what it means to be concerned with our fellow humans. So long as you are feeding them away from anywhere a tourist might see.
