New Details Released In Missing Witch Case

Author: David Wayne Source: NBC-4 (OH)

Title: NEW DETAILS RELEASED IN MISSING WITCH CASE
A missing woman, who is a practicing witch, vanished three years ago, and investigators remain baffled in the case.
Tina Wilson disappeared three years ago this month and authorities have not ruled out foul play, NBC 4's David Wayne reported.
"Tina was very involved in Wicca and witchcraft. Not to say that is a reason for her disappearance, but at least people in that community who had associations with her might be able to help us," said Whitehall police Sgt. Dan Kelso.
If you know anything about the case, Whitehall police are asking for information. Tips can be made by calling 614-237-6333.

that the police, press and general culture have to place a label on this affair. The first label is "witch" and it placed there by media to sensationalize. A human being is missing and the circumstances indicate an unhappy outcome when she is found. The labels the police add show two things...first that they seem to think she was part of only one community and not part of the greater community around her. Secondly, The plea from the police indicates that the Pagan community may have something to hide in her disappearance (more sensationalism) or that the Pagan community doesn't come forward because of a lack of trust of those same police. Imagine that! Not trusting the police! It is a sad situaion for the woman, her family, the Pagan community and the police. Maybe the police could make some good come out of this by educating themselves of Pagan religious beliefs and practices so the next time they walk into a crime scene involving a Pagan, they'll see a human being and not just a "witch".

It wasn’t planned. They went into the apartment, and got spooked. Then loaded the huge TV up the stairs ,into the truck. (You needed to two men and a truck to take it away. And time) . What throw the cops off is the evidence point so solid to the rental guys ( which they may have no record) . Why would they spontaneously murder a woman if the evidence would so obviously point to them. It was a crime of hate, rage, and fear .They didn’t think it thru. They lured her out and harassed her. She was going to have them fired and cursed . They may have not meant to kill her when they beat her. They got rid of the body and TV. They may have tied the body to the TV and dumped it into a body of water. I wonder how much time passed from when she made the call to the shop to when the men reported her missing. The cops don’t like to think that two good xian men would spontaneously murder a witch.

First, I think it’s good to focus on the witch aspect. Stuff like this happen to all sorts of folk on a mass scale. The ones you only hear about involved fame ,weirdness, or youth. It’s about time witches get in the news for better or worst. People need to know we’re here. There was a story about a Wiccan female teacher marrying a 14yr old girl. this was the biggest teacher sex scandal in the world. It was on the fox news web site but you didn’t hear it on the main news. They want pagans to disappear . If kids find out that witches are real and abundant , they’ll want to convert to paganism.
Second , she live in a basement apartment. The TV was very huge. Two strong men had to take it up the stairs. It was too big to fit in a car. Their was no sign of struggle and she had a weapon (athme) on her bed. It think those rental guys came. Went into her apartment. Saw all the witchcraft stuff and panicked. But they went ahead and did their job and brought the TV up into the truck. Then lured her outside to the truck and confront her. She probably threaten to call their boss and have them fired. Or threaten to put a curse on them. They ether struck and killed her. Or kidnapped her to convert. It was a spur of the moment thing and they didn’t plan it. The TV was evidence. They had to get rid of it and her body. You may find them both together. They never went back to the dammed witch’s apartment. They told their boss she wasn’t home.

What really gets me about crime stories like these is that the police or crime writers/ reporters focus on the victim being a " Witch" or having a number of books on " witchcraft" in their residence when the frigging crime in all likliehood has NOTHING TO DO with Wicca OR the " witchcraft" books. I've seen two true crime type shows on the satellite where they focus on the " witchcraft" part instead of the actual crime itself. One where a guy who had books in his apartment was killed filming a hispanic drug dealer in action and the killers ran off to Mexico. That broadcast was when the cop who " investigated" the crime pointed out the books the guy had. Then there was another true crime broadcast where this female in New Orleans basically took part in killing a male roomate of hers and the cop in THAT case, being ignorant, tried to claim the dimes found with the guy's body was part of some " witchcraft" ritual. Supposedly this female was a dabbler in Wicca, though IMO her little helpess in wheelchair act while in prison was fake.
As another person has pointed out, the missing screen TV that was supposed to be delivered is a big clue that this crime ( which I have no doubt is rape/murder) is about oppirtunity, not about her religion or interests.
I understand that reporters have to find a "hook" to make their stories interest the readers, but there is NOTHING to indicate her religious path had anything to do with her disapearance. And yes, we have had criminal cases invilving assorted Neopagans, including the Aurora Carney case where the religion aspect was a contributing factor. However in THIS case I seriously doubt the killer (s) cared what religion she was.
And may I say one more thing, with no intended offense to the Pagan police oficers. I highly doubt the investigating officers really want to find her body or her killers. And we all know why. There are very FEW police investigators who are honestly hard-working to CARE about somethng something like this, articulalry when it involves areas they may not agree with. How many of the poilice after attending the " cult crime" conferences hosted by sneaky Christians suddenly become " God Squad" cops, seeing " satanism" and " occult crime" everywhere?
With apologies to Kerr Cuhulain and other Pagans in law enforcement, a number of us over the years have developed a considerable distrust of the police when it involves us and they find out what we are.

I get the feeling that this was more a crime against a woman than a witch/Wiccan. Tina called in to have a rented 61" projection TV picked up from her apartment and that's the only thing missing. No forced entry. She was expecting whomever it was...The "pick-up guy" from the rental company. He/she took the TV and Tina. Who took the call from Tina? Who did that person tell? They all had the information to gain entry into Tina's apartment. I don't feel good about what happened to her.

"Religious Hate Crime suspected in Whitehall Woman's Disappearance
Three years after after Tina Wilson disappeared mysteriously, baffled authorities have yet to rule out foul play.
As Tina was very involved in Wicca and witchcraft, a religiously biased hate crime must be considered a possibility.
This State is home to a large number of Christians who are worshipers of a Jew who was executed by the Romans for causing civil unrest some two thousand years ago. Many members of the numerous cults following this convicted criminal are open in their discrimination and hatred of other Constitutionally protected religions and their followers. Traditionally this hatred has been most keenly focused on the Traditional Earth based religions, such as Witchcraft, with this discrimination frequently turning into extreme violence, especially towards women. History reminds us that atrocities committed by Christian fanatics have included mass torture, rape, genocide, mutilation and human sacrifice while Christian terrorists have killed unbelievers for the greater glory of their God in suicide attacks.
Police would like to ask any Christians who suspect some of their fellow worshipers of having information concerning this poor woman's fate to contact them via the specially set up confidential telephone number."
I wonder how many would whinge :) ?
