Vandalism Occurs After Appearance Of 'Demons'

Author: Matt Coughlin, Bucks County Courier Times Source: The Intelligencer

Title: VANDALISM OCCURS AFTER APPEARANCE OF 'DEMONS'
Two “demons” made an appearance at a Tullytown church a few weeks ago, according to the pastor.
The two walked into St. Michael the Archangel Church on Levittown Parkway in Tullytown about 5 1/2 weeks ago and introduced themselves as “demons,” the Rev. Michael C. DiIorio said Tuesday.

They couldn't be Goths because A) Goths are happy, creative and compassionate people. B) What true Goth would go into a church of their own free will? C) The article said nothing about the kids' styles of clothing. D) Nobody has any proof that the two "demon" boys vandalized that church.
So, it's not really a good idea to point fingers at Goths. That said, it's probably some insecure kids who are getting picked on at school.

1) No self-respecting Goth would ruin his or her image by entering a christianist church. They'd be "emo" if they did. 2) You guys are missing the obvious explanation. It could simply be an altar boy the priest raped come back to extract some payback.

I can see an Monty Python shaping up here..
Thought that I would introduce myself.. I'm going to be your local demon. Head office sent me over.. (Priest looking confused at sight of bat wing red glowing eyes demon) Your other demon. What you didn't know you had a demon?
Well you did, but he really wasn't working out. So like I said the head office sent me over to fill in. Expect the usual.. You know vandalism and what not.
What's that? O no we don't do possession any more.. Not since that American girl Linda Blair. She really ruined things there for us there, let me tell you.
I mean there you are in the middle of a really good possession and the priest falls asleep.. Only then to compare you to that movie..
So it was decided no more possessions. It was always a bother anyways. The amount of work that and especially the paper work. (red eyed demon roll eyes) . Worse still people just don't seem to get as excited about it any more.
Oh.. the vandalism. Well that was your church was down for. I have that list some where. Now can you direct me to where the nursery is. I would like to get started..
This is a church? and no nursery? Wait. Yes It is another screw up. You have no idea how this looks. It's hell working for, well you know... down there..
You wont mind if I tip a few things over will you? Just for forms sake..
Though on a serious note if they do happen to catch the lil.... I hope that they are made to pay resititution and apologize to the congragation.

I doubt it's going to get any more serious than the vandalism. They sound like just your typical rebellious goth/satanist teens looking for attention.

Vandalism doesn't sound like the sort of crime, where a couple girls would come and introduce themselves politely. They sound a bit Goth, however, and probably know the vandals.
Daemon simply means Devine Force, and these Goth Girls might be pretending to be harridans in training, just because the Pastor's Daemon inspired them to.
Are all these churches Catholic? It sounds like the vandal in question grew up in that Diocese, or moved in with RC Affinity.
BTW, am planning to test a Necromancy in Second Life [Web LINK] on Saturday. It's really to add a bit of shine to my "Crown in Heaven."

or the whole congregation would have fled screaming into the streets. This tells me they were more "kiddish" and were out for the shock value of introducing themselves to the priest after the service. Looks like no one was shocked or frightened at the service and didn't worry about their neighborhood demons until after the vandalism. I would have attributed it to the demons as well, must have been why they dropped in to say howdy - casing the joint.
At least the word "demons" in the headline has some reference to the story and was not just up there for the shock value.

"Hello, Father, We're a bunch of hate filled individuals who are arrogant enough to call ourselves demons, and have decided to take it out on your church. Please inform your cleaning staff that they'll be dealing with some disgusting messes in the near future. Oh, and you might want to contact your insurance agent too, and upgrade your damage policy."
I wonder if these "Demonic folk" are simply deranged wannabes. Influence by bored lesser entities is entirely possible, but I cannot imagine any demon with any real clout even wasting it's time with these people. From what I know about demons, they wouldn't put up with puny humans impersonating them to cause property damage.

Demons eh? I would have figured they would have been more subversive and eerie, as opposed to announcing their intentions quite clearly to the padre, and just being a petty nuisance. Afterall if they were serious about the damage, wouldn't they have burned down the churches, or physically attacked the priest? Stupid really.
Thankfully there was no real mention of the word Pagan in the article, but we know there's going to be somekind of backlash in general from it. The Christians don't like us because we steal from their revenue.. er.... I mean flock! Flock! All the money they collect funds social reform programs. Yeah. That's it.
Just ridiculous really. Hopefully they get caught whoever they are.

Two demons? Well, if they were flesh and blood, they weren't demons. truth is, the real troublemakers don't always declare themselves as such, but use a mask of virtue as a disguise. Vandalism however, is wrong- and so is the pretext. But I get the feeling that these two didn't do it, but someone might have capitalized on it to lay blame on them.

Some local Pagans should drop by, say, "Hi. We're *not* demons. We'd like to help keep watch on your church for you a while. "
Course, it's probably their own kids.
Or maybe people who can later turn around and sell their services as "Ex-Satanist Occult Experts."
*sigh.*

The whole thing seems odd. It would be really nice if they included more information in the article.
