Title: The story behind the Gemini twins
Above red Betelgeuse in Orion are the Gemini twins, Castor and Pollux. Castor is the white, north-western one, Pollux, the brighter one, a beautiful golden orange.
That bright "star" about a hand-width to the east of Pollux is the planet Saturn.
In Greek mythology, that immortal philanderer, Zeus, was enamored by the mortal woman Leda. Though she was already married, Zeus came to her in the form of a swan. As a consequence, she gave birth to two eggs. Apparently nothing surprised the Greeks in those days.

Who knows, actually?
I noticed that as well, the info they seemed to have. They also knew that Mars had 2 moons (and even gave them names) many centuries before the invention of the telescope, and the number of Pleiades even though they are not all visible from here. There were also "legends" about the dark star companion of Sirius, eons before that could be confirmed by our modern science.
