Overview: We key everything off your email address and it is tested constantly (by us and by Pagans that email you) . If we receive a 'user unknown' or 'user over quota' we promptly remove your master account and all of your listings. It is your responsibility to maintain a working email address in your Witchvox Account.
Email FAQ's:
- How do I Change My Email address? You can change your email at anytime in your 'Main Settings' when you are logged in. Your new address will play out to all of your listings immediately and automatically.
- Is my Email address protected? Your Email is fully cloaked (invisible) throughout the Witchvox systems - meaning that it is completely invisible to the public, anyone that emails you via one of your listings, AND to the spam robots that sniff around in the raw code of the pages.
- How and When will others know my Email address? When anyone sends you and email from your listing, they do not and will not know your email address UNLESS and until you actually respond to them. They will know this because YOUR email client will tell them when you respond. -
- Is my Email address 'protected' if I type it into the details of my listings? Sorry no, whenever it appears ON a webpage anywhere it is bait for the spam botts and others.
